Overview
The public holiday check allows organisations to check if a casual staff member has worked on a particular day during the weeks prior. The purpose of this report is to allow payroll staff members to ensure that casual staff members are entitled to public holidays. To use the report, select the date of the public holiday in the reports form, and the staff type you’d like to check.| Column | First Name | Surname | Payroll ID | Rostered Staff | Casual Staff | Tenure | Date Columns | Number of weekday in period | Number of paid days | Average Hours Paid in Days Worked | Contracted Hours | Rostered Hours |

| Description | The first name of the staff member | The surname of the staff member | The payroll ID of the staff member | If the staff member is rostered, this column will be YES, otherwise it will be NO | If the staff member is casual, this column will be YES, otherwise it will be NO | Type of payroll ID tenure this staff is on | The date columns are one column for each date under the period that falls under that specific day (eg. if I choose a Tuesday as the specific day I’d like, then the dates shown will be every Tuesday in the selected time period) | The number of your chosen weekday in the chosen period | The number of paid days the specific staff member has in the selected period | The average hours paid per day across the date periods selected | The amount of contracted hours the staff member has in the time period | The amount of rostered hours the staff member has in the time period |
