Temp Staff are staff that aren’t employed fully by the organisation, but work for the organisation on a need by need basis. You can open and modify individual temp staff in the tabs on the right of the screen.There are 7 tabs you can edit through:Registration Option allows you to modify answers to questions the temp staff have been asked and change their self-selected rolesEntities Registered With allows you to view and delete the relationships that the temp staff has with different organisations on SimplifiJob Notifications allows you to view the notifications that they are getting, and whether they are receiving them or notSupport Call Log/Audit Trail allows you to see support calls this staff member has made and the audit trail allows you to see what actions they have takenMisc/Devices allows you to see the web-sessions for this user and Manage DevicesJobs/Timesheets allows you to see the timesheets that have been generated for this staff member and the jobs they acceptedMerge allows you to merge two staff together if there is a double up in the system. Select the organisation on the left, then the doubled-up person on the right and press merge data to complete the merge
