Company Details
Enter the organisation’s company details in this section. These are used to identify the instance and may appear in system-generated communications.Press Save Settings at the top of the page after completing each section.
Server Settings
These settings define the server environment that this Simplifi instance runs on.| Setting | Description |

| Server Name | The display name for this server. |

| Server Directory | The file path on the host machine where all system files are stored. |
| Releases Folder | The path to the folder (typically in Dropbox) where release/version scripts are stored. |
| SDS Tracking URL | If SDS tracking changes are being forwarded to an external monitoring server, enter that server’s URL here. Leave blank if not in use. |
| Time Zone | The timezone the server operates in. This affects all time-based calculations across the instance. |

Website
These settings connect the Simplifi instance to its public-facing web presence.| Setting | Description |

Other Settings
Miscellaneous settings covering Google API integration, job reminders, reporting, and account management.| Setting | Description |

| Google API Key | The API key for Google services (shared across all Simplifi instances for the organisation). This can be found in the Google Cloud Dashboard. |
| Google Client ID | The OAuth client ID for Google. Used for Google SSO and Calendar integration. |
| Google API Key (Server) | A server-side Google API key, used for server-initiated Google API calls. |
| Google Client Secret | The OAuth client secret for Google. Paired with the Client ID for authentication flows. |
| Google Country Code | The country code for Google API access (e.g. nz for New Zealand, au for Australia). |

| Purge Reports After | The number of days after which generated reports are automatically deleted from the system. |
| Max Work Radius | The maximum radius in kilometres from which a staff member can be assigned work. |
| Disable After Inactivity | The number of days of inactivity after which a user account is automatically disabled. |

OpenAI Settings
These settings configure Pete, the Simplifi AI assistant, which is powered by OpenAI.| Setting | Description |

| Model | The primary OpenAI model Pete uses for responses. |
| Model - Mini | The smaller/faster OpenAI model Pete uses for lighter tasks. |
| Model - Nano | The lightest OpenAI model available to Pete. |
| API Key | The API key for OpenAI. Required for Pete to function. |
| Vector Store (Users) | The ID of the vector store containing documentation files that inform Pete about how Simplifi works — specifically for end users. |
| Vector Store (Staff) | The ID of the vector store containing documentation files for Pete, scoped to organisation staff. |
| Context | The system-level context prompt for Pete. Modifying this changes Pete’s tone and behaviour. |

Push Notification Sound Files
These settings control the alert sounds used for push notifications sent via OneSignal. Set each notification type to eitherone or glass — these are the two available notification sounds in Simplifi.

Linked Backup Settings
These settings configure where Simplifi’s data files (users, organisations, etc.) are backed up to.| Setting | Description |

Test Server Email Exceptions
By default, emails are not sent from the test server. To allow specific addresses to receive emails from the test server (for example, to test email functionality during development), add those email addresses to this list.Release Notification Emails
