To access the web app, go to the website of the system you’d like to access, Simplifi/Staffsync is either apps.staffsync.com.nz or apps.staffsync.com.au and OnTask is ontask.simplifi.work.If you enter your username and password, provided you are an admin, you will be greeted with the shadowing menu.
You can search for and click on any user that pops up to ‘shadow’ their account, which lets you effectively log in as them. MAKE SURE that if you are changing settings that you are on the test server, otherwise the user you are shadowing will have their settings changed!
Servers other than live will denote that they aren’t live, and will have a different coloured banner at the top. Before you change anything, it is good practice to glance up here to make sure you really are on the test server!
