System

Our services are split into 3 systems. Simplifi, Simplifi AU and OnTask. The (live) JAS systems are split into these 3 systems, and that’s how you can access the settings for the Remidi locations while still being on the Simplifi NZ JAS.

Servers

The servers are where the applications run and where the data about organisations are stored. There are many servers across the different systems, and these work in sync to make the systems run efficiently.

Portals

Simplifi and Staffsync operate in two different portals while being from the same system. Portals are sometimes created since based on client requests for a number of reasons, including that they’d like to have their own logo and the perception of an entirely different system without it actually being a different system (Google white labelling). You’ll notice that while ghosting accounts, you can still go into a Remedi account from the Staffsync portal, and this is a result of them being in the same system.

Apps

The apps are able to be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store. These are where the users access the portals.
