You can troubleshoot a user’s device using the manage devices window. To get to this page, Search for the staff member you are looking for, select them and then select Misc/Devices from the right-hand side tabs. Select a device that the staff member has registered on the left-hand side, and details will pop up for the device. If you wish to view details that OneSignal, our notification service, has on the device, press Get OneSignal Device Details. You can also test notifications to that device on the far right-hand side.
