Setting Up Guide

1. Company Details These are our company details. Unsure why this is included ASK
2. Server Settings These are the settings for the server Unsure of many ASK. Duplicated Settings?

   Setting Name	Description
   Server Name	The name of the server.
   Server JadRap
   Server Directory	The file directory for the server. This is where the data is stored
   Server Name	The server name
   Server Directory	The directory on the server where the all system files are kept
   Releases Folder	This is where the different releases (versions) scripts are stored in Dropbox
   SDS Tracking URL	If SDS tracking changes are being sent back to a server, this is the monitoring server URL
   Time Zone	This is the timezone that the server operates in

3. Website

   Setting Name	Description
   Website URL	This is the website for the company.
   App URL	This is the URL to the website that the app is hosted on.
   Website Folder	This is the file directory that the website is stored in
   Default Portal	When logging on to the website, this is the portal that it defaults to
   Number Licences
   Scripts Version
   Menu Bar Class

4. Other Settings These are other miscellaneous settings related to the Google SSO/Calendar VERIFY THIS, Cloudflare and Job start reminders, Reports.

   Setting Name	Description
   Google API Key	The API key for Google. This is the same across Simplifi as an organisation. This can be found in our Google Cloud Dashboard
   Google Client ID	Our client ID for Google.
   Google API Key (Server)	The API key for Google for the server.
   Google Client Secret
   Google Country Code	The country that we are accessing the Google API from (nz for Simplifi NZ, Aus for Australia)
   Job Start Reminder
   Purge Reports After	How many days before the system should delete generated reports
   Max Work Radius	The maximum radius in kilometres that somebody can receive work from
   Disable After Inactivity	How long before an account should be disabled

5. OpenAI Settings These are the settings for Pete the chatbot.

   System Settings	Description
   Model	What model of ChatGPT Pete uses
   Model - Mini	What mini model of ChatGPT Pete uses
   Model - Nano	What nanomodel of ChatGPT Pete uses
   API Key	The API key for OpenAI
   Vector Store (Users)	This is a key pointing to where the files used to give Pete information about how Simplifi works are stored. This one is for the users.
   Vector Store (Staff)	This is a key pointing to where the files used to give Pete information about how Simplifi works are stored. This one is for the staff of an organisation.
   Context	This is the context for Pete. Modifying this modifies how he speaks to users

6. Push Notification Sound Files These are the push notification sound effects that you can select for the various notifications Simplifi sends out via One Signal. Set this up with either “one” or “glass”. These are the notification sounds that Simplifi uses.
7. Linked Backup Settings These are settings related to backing up Simplifi’s data files (users, organisations etc). Files Backup Folder points to the folder in the computer that the server is running on that the system will firstly back up to. True? Linked External Systems are other live backup locations that are contained in other systems, these just point to the specific folder. Do they? is it external or not no network options there?
8. Test Server Email Exceptions Receiving emails from the test server does not work by default. If you would like to, for example, test the email function via the test server, you would want to add your email to this list. This would let the server still send you the email.
9. Release Notification Emails By writing your email in this text box, you will receive a notification every time there is a new release.
