# Onboarding Overview

The onboarding module guides employees through setting up new staff members from start to finish collecting their personal and employment details, configuring payroll, and managing the documents they need to review and sign before their first day.

Once complete, the new staff members record is activated and synced across the system, giving them access to everything they need from day one.
