# Total Leave Taken Report

### Overview

The total leave taken report gives you an overview of leave that your staff have taken, detailing the different types of leave, eg. ACC, sick leave etc.

| Column      | First name                         | Surname                           | Payroll ID                    | Leave type                                                                                                                    |
| ----------- | ---------------------------------- | --------------------------------- | ----------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Description | The first name of the staff member | The last name of the staff member | The staff member's payroll ID | All leave types in your organisation will be displayed in the following columns. The values in these columns is leave in days |
