# StaffSync FAQ

  **StaffSync** does not pay relievers, and cannot help with this issue. Please contact the school

  **StaffSync** cannot assign you jobs or control how many jobs you are assigned. Please contact the schools you have added if you think this is a mistake, or [check you have your notifications turned on](https://docs.simplifi.work/notifications-not-working).

<Expandable title="I have added schools but they are still pending">
  We cannot control whether the schools accept or decline your requests to become preferred at a school. If you think you should be preferred at a school but have been declined or left on pending, please **contact the school**.
