# Request a Timesheet Modification
If you’ve clocked in or out incorrectly, or need to request a modification to your timesheet, follow these steps:
1. Select the **Clock icon** beside your shift on the Home Screen.
2. Choose **Request Modification**.
3. Enter the adjustment you need.
4. Add a comment.
5. Select **Send Request**.
