# How to set up a variable roster schedule for your entire organisation
1. Click **Our Profile**
2. Click **Rostering Settings**
3. Click **Roster Schedule**
From here you can set up a variable schedule in the same way you would set one up for a staff member. If you aren't sure how to do this, [read this guide](/how-to-set-up-variable-contracted-hours).
Your organisation needs to have variable contracted hours enabled in order for the Roster Schedule tab to show up. If you would like variable contracted hours but do not have it enabled, contact us.
